Day 4

Woke up at 5:30. Did PCP exercise. Ate half breakfast. For lunch, I shared one ramen with my wife, so exactly half, extra dumplings for my wife. Went to bed 21:00.

Today's weight: 64.4 kg (Plus 0.4 kg from yesterday!!)
