Woke up at 4:50. Prepared breakfast. Did exercise. Watered Plants. Felt little tired after sleepy so went bed again. Woke up again at 8:00... I feel like I spent most time in the kitchen today. Went bed at 20:00 at night.

ReplyDeleteThe dinner was chicken fillet, flatten it out, roll up with shiso (green perilla) leafs, steamed and cut into pieces.
