Day 3

Woke up at 4:20. Did PCP exercise. Ate half breakfast. Ate half lunch. I felt less hungry today, maybe because of extra pineapple at lunch. Of course that means extra calories... Ate half dinner. Did not drink beer. Went to bed 23:30.
