Woke up at 4:30. Finished PCP exercise by 5:00. Ate half break fast. Watered the plants. Ate half lunch. Ate half dinner. I think I am eating less then half of usual... but it should be fine. Went to bed at 21:00.

Thanks for comments. If I'm eating more that I should, please someone tell me. I like to wake up early. I sometimes go to bed very early, say 20:00, with my 5 year and 2 year kids.
