Day 14

Woke up 4:50. Prepared food. Watered plants. Did not do the exercise in the morning because I was planning to go to the Gym tonight. But began to feel sick in the afternoon so I didn't do any workout today. Made dinner for a sick person. Rice porridge with mushroom.  Sliced yam (Yamaimo). Steamed Snapper.
