Day 16

Woke up at 4:00. Prepared food. Did exercise. Watered plants. For dinner I cooked chicken legs. I guess chicken fillet is better for my body, but I like legs!!! Of course removed the skin.

Today's weight: 62.4 kg

    I recommend freezing bananas, without skins and chopped into bite size portions. Almost like a lolly.
