Day 59

Woke up at 5:00. Ate breakfast. Watered plants. Could finish about half of today's exercise in the morning. No jumprope. So again went back home on foot. Went to bed at 22:30.

Day 58

Woke up at 4:30. Did exercise, but not feel like doing jumprope in the morning. So after work, I decided to walk home, which was about 40 minutes walk. Prepared evening snack, breakfast, lunch vegetables and went to bed at 21:00.

Woke up at 5:00. Went to bed at 20:30.

Day 54

Woke up at 6:00. Did exercise. Went to kaiten-zushi restaurant for lunch. Got no problem with eating sushi without soy source. But I could not get enough vegetable so ate some after coming back home. Went to bed at 21:30.

Day 53

Woke up at 5:00. Watered plants. Did exercise. Then went to shopping with my family. For lunch, we went to Asian food buffet in Ginza. I put a lot of vegetables on my plate and some non PCP food, think I need this kind of compromise during weekend to make my family happy. Went to bed at 21:00.

Day 52

Woke up at 4:00. Did exercise in the morning. For evening snack I wanted to have something very spicy, so I put some green chili pepper in it. It was really hot. Worried about getting the stomach ache but was OK. Went to bed at 22:00.

Day 51

Woke up at 4:30. PCP back on track. Completed full workout in the morning. Changed my morning routine a little, doing the jumprope at the end. It works good to me because it's difficult to keep my concentration when working on muscle after jumprope. Went to bed at 22:30.

Day 50

Woke up at 5:00. Still feeling very tired from the trip. Did only jumprope. Went to bed at 21:00.

Day 47-49

Trip to Okinawa. Luckily typhoon was gone away. Still wind was strong and most beaches are closed. Could find some open beaches. 3 days away from PCP. No workout on day 47. Did only jumprope on day 48 and 49 morning. Followed the diet rule as much as possible. Also had enough bad food little bit too much as the indulgence this time. Did not drink during the trip ... except for tasting for souvenir.  Some photos from the trip.

Day 46

Woke up at 7:00. Had breakfast. Although I didn't drink last night I felt very tired in the morning and could not do the exercise. Managed to do the rope part in the afternoon. Tomorrow I will go for a trip to Okinawa for 3 days. The bad thing is, typhoon is approaching...

Woke up at 4:15. Ate breakfast. Did exercise. Went to a party after work. Ate an apple and egg white and drank milk at my desk before party. Came back late.Went to bed at 00:00.
