Woke up at 4:00. Update last weeks blog. Then picked up day 5 exercise and did it quickly. Took some day 90 photos. Today's weight was 56.6 kg.
Lost 8 kg, from 65 kg to 57 kg. It is funny to see the change in the comparison photo. Maybe not so surprising but according to the result of the blood test I got a lot healthier than before. As far as I remember this was the first time I got the normal numbers for the liver functions test.
During PCP, it was not hard to stop drinking, ok to eat properly, hard to prepare food every day and so hard to keep every day's workout. The bad thing is I got very short tempered these days, maybe because of the food, maybe because of the frustration from not doing the workout well or maybe because of the fatigue.
From now, I'm not going to drink everyday like before, eat less fat, do some exercise, maybe start jogging again, maybe going to the boxing gym more frequently, to keep my body shape and stay medically healthy. Maybe I can put my day 90 photo somewhere near the mirror.
Anyway this is the end and I'm very happy I could finish and pleased with the result. Appreciate the help of Patrick and all PCP mates. Thank you very much everyone!!!

Day 89
Woke up at 6:00. Went to the usual park for exercise. It has nice equipment for pull-up and dip. Maybe I will come to this place from time to time after PCP to do some body maintenance. Complete the most of the exercise, missing few ab works. So did some ab works before sleep. Went to bed at 20:30.

Woke up at 7:00. Woke up late, suffered from late hours last night, could not complete the exercise, went to yakiniku for dinner. Saw the fireworks. Went to bed at 22:00.

Day 81
Woke up at 7:00. So I went to the gym today to do my homework. The gym was about 15 mins bike ride from my home. My company has a corporate member ship of the so I could use it with 1500 yen. It was the first time I used the gym but the facility was not bad. So checked in and looked around the people. Then just got bored and started my workout. It is nice to do the exercise in different place sometimes. But what I enjoyed the most is the sauna. I really like taking the sauna and sweating a lot.

Day 75
Woke up at 6:00. For lunch, thought about indulgence then decided to go for Chinese where I avoided since PCP started. Ordered tripe and vegetable pot with spicy chili. It was so hot, very fatty and tasty. I think I had enough for this time's target calories. Felt so hard to walk with full stomach after lunch, which was kind of feeling I missed these days. Had normal PCP dinner. Went to bed at 21:00.

Day 74
Woke up at 7:00. Did jumprope in the morning. Did other exercise afternoon. Updated blog for the last 10 days or so, basically food photos only. In this 10 days, failed few days exercise, ate some unhealthy things, but could stay away from alcohol and weight remains around 57-58 kg which is about the weight of me 10 years ago. I think I am still doing ok. 16 days to go...
